Liquid & Larder has been appointed as the official food and beverage partner for The EVE Hotel Sydney – the city’s most anticipated new-build boutique hotel opening of the year. 

About The Venue:

Located in Sydney’s Redfern, on the fringe of Surry Hills and Redfern’s creative hub, The EVE sits at the heart of a new lifestyle precinct, Wunderlich Lane, and will feature a rooftop restaurant and bar, poolside dining, lobby bar and dining, as well as an in-room dining service all under Liquid & Larder’s remit as the hotel’s exclusive hospitality partner. 

Atop The EVE’s lush rooftop oasis is a contemporary Mexican restaurant where you can expect menus, crafted with fresh Australian produce as such, we require a strong leader in a Restaurant Supervisor to assist in driving the team. 

About The Role:

As the Restaurant Supervisor, your role is to support the Restaurant Manager in ensuring exceptional dining experiences. With excellent attention to detail, you will uphold impeccable standards for both food quality and service. Your approach to service will be personal, professional, and engaging, striving to understand guests’ needs and expectations while leading by example to embody the characteristics that make us best in class.

The ultimate goal is to exceed customer expectations, leaving them thoroughly satisfied and wanting for nothing.

Prior experience in a hatted venue is essential, along with a keen eye for detail to maintain the consistent quality of our offerings.
