Sydney-based hospitality group, Liquid & Larder, are searching for experienced charismatic Restaurant Supervisor to join the team at Bistecca.
About The Venue:
The Bistecca experience begins by pulling up a stool or a candle-lit table in the old-world, wood-panelled cocktail bar, stocked with amaro from across the world, including our Four Pillars classic Negroni. Moving into the intimate 50-seat restaurant, you’re greeted by refined Tuscan hospitality. From the table, take in our famous Bistecca butcher’s block and open hearth, which fills the dining room with timeless warmth. The space then flows to a bottle-lined enoteca (wine room) available for private dining.
Bistecca is fast paced, though our guests are met with a warm, timeless and nostalgic feeling, that is sincere and welcoming. We want them to feel comfortable, and still have a sense of the raw, rustic, and a little bit of cheek!

A new dining and drinking concept like nothing on offer in Sydney, Lottie, is situated in a lush oasis adjacent to The EVE’s rooftop pool. From housemade tortillas made on the imported tortilla press and warmed on a comal (cast iron flat top) in full view of the dining room and paired with a selection of main dishes, to the classiest shaved ice margarita you’ve ever seen, Lottie is set to be something truly special. We are assembling a team of Sous Chefs, Junior Sous, Chef de Parties, Commis Chefs & the all important kitchen porters, to work alongside Executive Chef Pip Pratt.
About The Roles:
You’ll be consistent and self-assured, working in a team where every role is hands-on, requiring strong attention to detail and a positive attitude. Experience in a busy and energetic kitchen, particularly with Mexican or South American cuisine, is preferred, as is holding a NSW Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.

About the Venue:
The Bistecca experience begins by pulling up a stool or a candle-lit table in the old-world, wood-panelled cocktail bar, stocked with amaro from across the world, including our Four Pillars classic Negroni. Moving into the intimate 50-seat restaurant, you’re greeted by refined Tuscan hospitality. From the table, take in our famous Bistecca butcher’s block and open hearth, which fills the dining room with timeless warmth. The space then flows to a bottle-lined enoteca (wine room) available for private dining.
Bistecca is fast paced, though our guests should be met with a warm, timeless and nostalgic feeling, that is sincere and welcoming. We want them to feel comfortable, and still have a sense of the raw, rustic, and a little bit of cheek!
About the Role:
Bistecca is an experience that starts with you, you’ll be efficient & charismatic amongst the buzzy atmosphere of our beautiful dining room, offering our guests a personal dining experience.
