Liquid & Larder has been appointed the official food and beverage partner for The EVE Hotel Sydney – the city’s most anticipated new-build boutique hotel opening of the year. 

About The Venue:

Located in Sydney’s Redfern, on the fringe of Surry Hills and Redfern’s creative hub, The EVE sits at the heart of a new lifestyle precinct, Wunderlich Lane, and will feature a rooftop restaurant and bar, poolside dining, lobby bar and dining, as well as an in-room dining service all under Liquid & Larder’s remit as the hotel’s exclusive hospitality partner. 

Bar Julius is The Eve’s European-inspired lobby bar. A welcoming and vibrant hub that caters to every taste—open early and up late, from caffeine to cocktails served alongside all-day bistro classics.It’s a place for our guests to settle in and reset and we are assembling a team of Head Chefs, Sous Chefs, Junior Sous, Chef de Parties, Commis Chefs & the all important kitchen porters, to work alongside Executive Chef Pip Pratt in this nostalgic bar

About The Roles:

To thrive in our team, you’ll need consistency, confidence, and a hands-on approach. A positive attitude and attention to detail are essential as we work together to deliver an exceptional all-day dining experience.

A strong understanding of the fast pace and importance of breakfast service is vital, given the diversity of services we offer.

Prior experience as a breakfast chef in a dynamic, high-energy kitchen is a must, along with a sharp eye for detail to maintain the consistent quality of our breakfast offerings.
